To ensure timely consideration, please include:
- Date, week or month of recognition.
- Suggested date for reading in Commissioners Court. See calendar.
- A detailed explanation of the proclamation significance.
- Relevant facts and background support the impact to Guadalupe County residents.
- Suggested verbiage for the proclamations.
All request should be submitted to Public Information Officer.
