Elections Administration

The Elections Administration Office provides voter registration and conducts elections for Federal, State, County and contracted political entities.

Important Elections Information

VOLUNTEER DEPUTY REGISTRAR REQUIREMENTS

If you are interested in becoming a Volunteer Deputy Voter Registrar, you must attend training. Classes will be held on the 2nd Wednesday of each month beginning at 3 p.m. at the Seguin Elections Office. Please call 830-303-6363 to register to attend.

VOTER ID REQUIREMENTS

Texas voters must show acceptable photo identification at the polling location before being accepted for voting, please refer to the link below for voter ID requirements.

POLITICAL SIGN ORDINANCE

Political sign ordinances are governed by Texas Ethics Commission, Texas Department of Transportation, and Guadalupe County (pdf) and local jurisdictions.
