e-Recording Submitters Add-A-Page
Documents being submitted through an eRecording vendor shall have a minimum of 4-inches at the foot of the document for recording information. If your document does not have adequate space at the foot of the document, please include the Submitters Add-A-Page as the last page of your document. There will be no charge for this add-a-page.
For documents mailed or brought into our office that do not have a minimum of 4-inches at the foot of the document, an add-a-page will be added at the time of recording by the County Clerk's office. There will be no charge for this add-a-page.
e-Recording Vendors
Current eRecording vendors used by Guadalupe County Clerk's office are CSC, eRecording Partners Network, LLC (ePN) and Simplifile.
Submitters:
Please make sure every document is scanned at 600dpi, has a white background with black lettering and a minimum 8-point font. The image must be clean and clear with no areas of missing print in the text, signatures or lines on the document. These documents will be permanent record, therefore we require the images to be the best quality possible.
