Voting by mail has been available to elderly voters and voters with physical disabilities in Texas for decades.
Applications for a ballot by mail must be submitted to the Guadalupe County Elections Office no earlier than January 1st of the current year and no later than 11 days before the Election.
You may vote by mail if you are:
- Going to be away from your county on Election Day and during early voting
- Sick or disabled
- 65 years of age or older on Election Day
- Confined in jail, but eligible to vote

The early voting clerk must receive your marked ballot by 7 p.m. on Election Day.
