Court hearings are held in person. Parties can request to set virtual Court hearings via Zoom if the hearing is not contested by contacting the Court Coordinator. All parties attending court remotely must utilize the necessary technology, including a computer/cell phone, internet access, a video camera, and a microphone. All parties must provide a valid, working email address. All online participants must enter their correct legal names to properly identify all parties. Parties cannot be driving while participating in remote hearings. All exhibits intended to be offered at the hearing must be marked and emailed to all parties, the Court Coordinator, the Court Guardianship/Probate Auditor, and the Court Reporter no later than 4 p.m. the day before the hearing with the cause number as the email's subject.
