The Guadalupe County Fire Marshal’s Office is committed to delivering online permitting services that are more efficient and convenient through the automated Permit Application software City Works.  After you have created an account, you can apply for Permits, Submit Plans and Supporting Documents, Check Status of a Permit, Request Inspections, and download Approved Plans, Permits and Certificates of Compliance. Permit Fee’s can also be paid online using the automated payment system.

2024 International Fire Code Section 113.1 Unlawful acts.
