The Court Administrator will be out of the office August 29, 2025 - September 5, 2025.  Emails will be responded to and notices of hearing will be returned as time permits on September 8 or 9, 2025.  Do not send multiple requests.  If she hasn't responded to your email by September 10th please follow up at that time. 

All final hearings requiring more than 2 hours will be set on a Monday when the Court has availability.  Email a request for these dates.

The 2025 calendar is updated with available dates for other motions and hearings.  September 9 and 10 dockets are full. 

Proposed orders for the Court's consideration should be efiled.

Canon 3, Section B(8) of the Texas Code of Judicial Conduct Expressly Provides that a Judge and Court personnel shall not directly or indirectly initiate, permit, or consider ex parte communications or other communications made to the Judge outside the presence of the parties concerning the merits of a pending or impending judicial proceeding. Any communication to the Judge or Court personnel concerning the merits of a pending or impending judicial proceeding is prohibited and shall be promptly rejected.
