Guadalupe County Subdivision Regulations Diagnostic Report
Provided in the link below is the Diagnostic Report (Report) prepared by Freese and Nichols, Inc. for the Guadalupe County Subdivision Regulations (Regulations). The report provides both the findings and recommendations for modifying the current Regulations as part of the ongoing revision process. As a consideration to previous request from the public, the report is provided for a two-week public review and comment period that will begin Thursday, July 17 2025, and end on Friday, August 1, 2025.

Any written comments or questions about the report should be submitted to the attention of the Development Center to Barry Black at barry.black@guadalupetx.gov.
All comments should be received by the County no later that 8 AM on August 4, 2025.
Public workshop scheduled, Aug. 5
Received comments will be reviewed and at workshop to discuss the report is tentatively proposed for August 5, 2025, pending action by Commissioners Court.
